Spring 2026 Updates

Hello neighbors—spring is here! This newsletter includes the irrigation water turn-on date, our Annual Meeting details, and a few important updates for the season.

Irrigation Water Turn-On

Irrigation water will be turned on at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2026. Please make sure your irrigation system is ready before that morning.

Annual Meeting Announcement

Our Annual Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026. The meeting will be at Dick Haapala’s house (in the shop). This is a good chance to hear updates about the upcoming water season and visit with neighbors. Coffee and donuts will be provided.

Board & Officer Updates

The Directors will appoint officers at the Annual Meeting. Current Directors are John Arnold, Duane Dormaier, and Mike Egge. Current officers are Dick Haapala (President) and Lilia Cruz (Treasurer). If you are able to help, we would really appreciate volunteers to serve as Vice President and Secretary. (Please ask at the meeting or call Dick.)

Meeting Incentive

If you attend the Annual Meeting, you will receive $50 credit on your water bill.
